Small bumps

I have noticed small flesh colored lumps on testicals and some on the shaft of my penis near the bottom. They do not have a white head, do not itch or are painful in any way. There is also no discharge from them But, they are numerous. Also I have not felt sick or had any odd discharge from my penis since I discovered them.

You would have to see a Dr for an exam. Bumps, rashes and things like that are often not a STD, but only a Dr can tell you what they are. Most of the time it is something simple like ingrown hair, pimples or focyles.
