Std risk from sucking and licking

Hi
I recently had an encounter with a trans women escort.  I sucked on her testicles and licked her shaft but put on a condom before oral.  What has me more worried is before we put the condom on she rubbed her penis on my face and got some pre cum on my face and lips, none got in my mouth…I don’t think.
Is there any std risk involved here ?

No, there is no risk here.

The skin on your face is too thick for any germs to penetrate, and exposure to any fluids briefly on your lips isn't really a risk. If you had put her penis fully in your mouth fully, there would be some risk.

Sucking and licking the testicles is also not a risk unless there was a visible sore there. The skin on the testicles doesn't shed herpes virus, and it's not a common place for HPV.

Licking is usually too brief to result in anything transmission.

I wouldn't worry about a thing here. Even if you had given her full on oral sex, most experts feel that is low enough risk to not warrant testing for just one encounter.

Oops - that should say full on unprotected oral sex.
