Stupidest moment of my life! Please help.

I just got back from a footy trip in Bali. While there I picked up a 20ish Bali prostitute and took her back to my room. On the way I purchased a pick of condoms, once we got back we got down to business. These condoms were no good and continually slipped while changing positions, consequently I ran out and made a bad decision to finish the job bareback. I never do these types of things. I'm usually fit individual but on this night I hadn't slept properly for few day due to drinking and crystal meth ( I not a regular user and only smoke it) so I think my immune system is low. I also inspected my penis and couldn't find any visible broken skin. Its been five days since and I have had a blood and urine test today.
What I would like to know is how likely I am to contract something and how should I tackle this issue in regards to testing and medication.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm now beginning to panick. Its day 6 and I still have flu like symptoms which developed 2 days after my lack of judgement.
I feel fatigued and am continually sleeping, I fever, light head ache and a sore throat. But im still hungry. Are these symptoms this early related to any std? I read that these are early signs of HIV but don't usually appear till a couple weeks in.
Help is appreciated.
