Sudden left testicular pain 2 months after encounter

Hello everyone, I recently posted on this forum and my results came back negetive for syphilis, hiv, herpes and gonorrhea. What worries me though is that the gonorrhea test was an at home test, so I'm worried the results may not have been correct as I didn't swab very deeply, about a cm in (I'm a male).

The reason for this post is that yesterday out of the blue, I got this pain in my left testicle while sitting down, it only lasted a few seconds but it got me worried that I might have contracted something.

My last encounter was exactly two months ago and was unprotected oral only.

One last thing I saw some white crust on my penis tip this morning and yesterday morning, not sure if it was from masturbation because I did masturbate last night just before bed but not the night before.

No other symptoms aside from frequent urination.

I plan on retesting for ghono and Chlymedia soon though.

Can anyone offer me any advice, am I over reacting?

You only need to go in about 2 cm in with the swab for it to be accurate.

If you have testicular pain, you need to be evaluated by a doctor. It's unlikely to be an STD causing this pain, but you really need to see a doctor. There are lots of reasons for testicular pain, and all need to be evaluated by a doctor.

Stop doing home tests and see a doctor.
