Syphilis RPR Reactive 1:2 Test Results

I was treated for syphilis exactly one year ago.
I haven't had sex since afraid I might still have this thing.
Recently went to get tested since I have a new partner and would like to enjoy
unprotected sex with her but my test results were Syphilis RPR Reactive 1:2.
Is it safe to have sex with these results since all hers tests were negative,
would I infect her? but mainly due I still have this disease?
All answers and suggestions are highly appreciated. Thanks

Did they do a confirmation test?

Do you know what your RPR was last year? They look for a 4fold drop in your titer - with it being a 1:2 now, to have a successful treatment, it would have had to have been 1:8 or higher before.

The best way to know is to get a confirmatory test, like a FTA-ABS or TPPA, and if that's negative, it means you're negative.

Some people will always test positive with a low titer on the RPR after having syphilis. It might drop later, too.

How serious is this?
Thank you in advance for time taken to respond to my request.
So first, the hepatitis A IgG positive means that you had it in the past, or you've been vaccinated. Did you have an IgM Hep A test? If that was negative, you're okay. For Hep A, the IgM means an active infection.

Since you had a 1:32 on your last RPR, you've had more than a fourfold decrease, meaning you can assume your treatment was successful. If you have another test that was run with it, like a TPPA, FTA-ABS, and that was negative, that would confirm it.
