This is your second post on the same subject.

To me it looks as if the RPR could be a false positive. With both the TPHA and VDRL being negative on the last two test would also support my theory.

The rash could be a symptoms of syphilis, however that would be up to the doctor to look. What was your actual exposure?

Weight loss is not a symptom of syphilis. Maybe anxiety driven but something to speak to the doctor about.

Thank you for help.

I had a sexual contact with a prostitute all protected.
As symptoms I also have red palms and soles, red pimples, articulation pain, had bitter taste in my mouth for a few days, white saliva, etc.
The dermatologist doctor where I repeated the test and it came back negative told me it's not syphilis and I have nothing.
I understand from a friend that Rpr always gives false positives.
My question is: shouldn't the Tpha have been positive before the Rpr if it was the disease?
Now im waiting the final result about Igg and Igm treponemal test. Im my results test i have a notice by the first laboratory : If i have the Rpr positive and Tpha negative probably îs biological false and we recomand to retest with igg and igm treponemal test after 2 weeks but another day i go to test because i cant wait 10 days.
I also got a lot of brown spots on my skin
Exist the posibility like the first laboratory to detect the diseas early and second and 3 rd laboratory no?
I mean, to have another tehnology the first lab
NONE of the other symptoms (apart from the rash) you mention are related to syphilis or any STD.  I don't know what's causing them, but they aren't related to syphilis.  If you have not developed a syphilis chancre (a sore),  it is likely that you don't have syphilis, because of your recent negative tests.  Your doctors have mentioned this to you as well.
Thank you CurfexX.
I didnt have a chancre but i have it something strong under abdomen, under skin. Hi didnt was chancre.
Îs posibile to have Syphilis with a protected sex?
Today i receive the result of test.

At 53 days after exposure i have a test for confirmation

Treponema Pallidum Western Blot Igg and Igm

All are negative

This is conclusive?
Chancres appear on the skin where the bacteria entered the body. It wouldnt be on the stomach. You can get it if you wear protection but it cuts the risk down loads.

Your last question "This is conclusive?"

Yes. You do NOT have syphilis.
