Syphilis on the nipple from licking

Hi All

I went to a massage parlour. Did not have sex. She gave me oral with a condom on. Other than that she licked my nipple and might have erotically bitten it a bit. It was not painful or anything, I took a shower and left.  It was the left nipple. Next morning I noticed some pain on the left nipple and I could see that it felt dry around the area. Right nipple looked fine. The pain was not too much but it was just come dull pain which can be ignored. It’s been a week since the incident and I try to check it out everyday. Sometimes it’s dry around the nipple, sometimes it’s alright and the nipple looks a bit different. I compared it with right and right looks perfectly fine. But since yesterday even right nipple is behaving the same way as left.

I did some bit of googling and came across syphilis of the nipple. How likely am I get be infected? It’s been a week since this happened and when should I get tested to be sure?

Is syphilis curable with the right antibiotic? Or is this something that is going to stay on? I’m planning on moving to a country for studies and they do medical screenings. If I take the right antibiotic will this go away and will I pass the medical screening? Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

I would not consider testing for 'syphilis of the nipple' from this event as that is not common or likely. If you develop a sore (do not start picking your skin to create one), then you can consider seeing a doctor.  I think you are really reaching with this concern.
