Syphilis

i had unprotected sex around a week ago, i now have a rash on my belly and back, i do not have any sores or any types of rash around my vaginal area, could this be syphilis?

Vance is correct... unless you already entered secondary stage of Syphilis some time ago and are in the third (silent) stage.

Either way, it doesn't hurt to get occasionally tested for Syphilis (since it's been making a comeback for years now).

Yes, start with a canker at about 21 days, rash would not be for months after.
