Syphilis?

Hello I am. Woman 31 years old .on March 18 I had a pink macular rash between only on my chest few spots between my neck and chest. This was for 3 days and then gone. The last night I had a mild fever and only this symptoms. My doctors told me about viral rash.then I had not other symptoms. But one year after, after my medication with isotretinoin for acne I had optic disc edema with mild visual loss and a lesson in mri. I am afraid of syphilis.can any help me with my syntoms?

A syphilis rash lasts 2 to 6 weeks. It wouldn't just last a few days. It would also be far more widespread.

I can't help you with what is causing all of your symptoms, but a lesion in your MRI would indicate that you need to see a neurologist.

You can rule out syphilis easily with very simple blood testing. Have you had that? You should get that done to at least rule it out so you can focus on other things. I hope you get some answers soon.

I saw on Google That symptoms will be minor and the rash  will go away without any treatment.. Thanks a lot

Yes, it could be minor, but it wouldn't just be in one spot on your chest, and wouldn't last just a few days. Really, the easiest way to get an answer about syphilis is to get a test. No one can tell you definitively if you have it without testing.
