Syphíis after body to body massage

Hello, 90 days ago i visited body to body massage. There was Probably no or very short contact of penis with outer parts of her vagina. 63 days after massage i noticed white small 1,5mm pimple on my foreskin ( not swollen either reddish)  It started to disapear after 6 days and in 12 days it was unnoticeable so I concluded that it is not reason to be concerned. But now I experience some vary faint rush like allergy. I am realy scared because it was first time after 20 years of marriage I was unfaithful and now i am scared that i infected my wife and ruined our family.
Is it possible to get infected by syphilis and get no sore or such strange sore? I read here from Dr. Hook that you will not develop sore so late like after 8 weeks of contact with disease but everywhere on internet is 10-90 days?

Hi, thank you for your quick response. Sure I will go for std tests. as I need to calm down:-) I have 2 questions for reassurance: 1.is it test for herpes needed, it is 3 months after massage and I have no symptoms, i read the incubation time is about 2 weeks

  2. if i had no sore on my genital area till now and didn’t develop rash on my body,  I assume it is not realistic to be infected.

It's been 3 months since your massage and you've had no symptoms?

You can get a syphilis test and a type specific herpes IgG just to be sure you didn't get anything, but really, if you've had no symptoms, I'd expect them both to be negative (unless you have had other risks for these).

I agree with Dave. Unless you can be absolutely sure there was no genital to genital contact, or oral to genital contact during your massage, a syphilis test won't hurt.

Hello, I would like to amend that there is not rash with papulas or mamulas. The skin on my upper chest is only very slightly red and elevated and little bit itchy, no pimples. It does not look like syphilis rash on photos from in internet at all, but I cannot evaluate it. And I am scared that it can be some not typical symptom.
