Your tests appear to have been for Group B Strep only, which theoretically can be sexually-transmitted.  However, it is also naturally-occurring and generally nothing to be alarmed about: https://www.cdc.gov/groupbstrep/index.html

In order for this to be plausibly related to sex, you would have had to have unprotected vaginal sex with a woman.  If that did not happen, your test results have nothing to do with sexual activity and you should discuss them with your doctor, or the clinic who performed the test.
