Vaginal itching that will not go away?

About 5 months ago I contracted an STD (chlamydia) and I got treated. I took my pills, and managed to not puke (they make you insanely nauseous). But somehow, I tested positive again, which makes no sense to me. So I took the medicine again.
I recently took antibiotics for my wisdom teeth, which I thought caused a yeast infection, so I used Monistat One. Now, though, I have this awful, uncontrollable itching on my labia, and one side looks swollen, but it doesn't hurt. Could I still have the STD? Anyone know what is going on?
