Throat red bumps STD from cunnilingus

Thank you. I know this has been asked before based off searches, but I’d like some help too.

I performed unprotected cunnilingus on an unknown history woman two weeks ago. Tasted metallic and off. I don’t have a sore throat but I now see 4 red bumps in the back of my throat. My mouth feels dry. I also have small white bumps on a rough patch on the inside of my cheek. No lesions on my lips or around my external mouth. I have cracked lips from chapped lips though.

Questions:
1. What std risks should I be worried about and test for?
2. Could the red bumps in the back of my throat be related to a STD?
3. Can I be contagious right now if I do have something?

Thank you

1.Hi, giving a female oral sex could be a risk for herpes and syphilis but its considered low risk for may factors. It would be more riskly to give a male oral sex
2. No as the back of your throat would need to make rubbing contact with the inside of her vagina which is impossible.
3. In situations like these, testing would be recommeded if you have a long time partner only.
