Touching with fluids on

Hello,
Last night I had protected sex with a woman that I don’t know her health status.
In between, I was fingering as well and then I stopped, and start to masturbate while condom was on for less than a minute then I took it off and continued to do it until I finished (around 30 seconds without condom). Since my hands were wet from her vagina, I am kind of concerned about contracting hiv or any other std.

Should I be worried? PEP?

No, there is no risk for anything here.

Vaginal fluids on your hands don't transmit STDs or HIV this way. By the time you took the condom off, the fluids would be drying, and any pathogens would be degrading/dying enough to not transmit.

You're fine, and certainly don't need PEP.

Thanks for the quick answer
To be honest I am not sure if my hand has dried out by then or not, but what I know for sure that my hand was wet and I touched my penis without to touch the urethra, so my hand was around only and I went and washed with water immediately.
Doesn't make a bit of difference. If STDs spread like that, everyone would get one.

If you can't let it go, just go test and put your mind at ease, but know that your testing is for peace of mind only.
