STD risk

I had a sexual encounter on 18/6/2011 with a philippine's csw. She didn't do any oral sex on me. But I did some sucking on her nipples for not more than a minute. Before we proceed further action, I asked her if she's clean and she said she is. During penetration, condom was on but I couldnt ejaculate due to some alcholic drinks before that. So, she suggested to take off the condom. I would say we had around 3-5 minutes without condom and still I couldnt ejaculate. At last, I ejaculated by masturbate my own.
Right 2 or 3 weeks after the encounter, I had a mild flu and slight cough for not more than a week. Went to look for doctor and he said due to the hot weather in my town here, quite a number of ppl sufferring the same thing as mine.
In addition, it's been a week that i found out the tip of my penis has clear watery discharge. I took Doxycycline 100mg and the discharge gone in 2 days. So i stop taking up Doxy. Till last Saturday, I found out that there's white cloudy discharge on the tip of my penis. I started to be paranoid. Then I took up Doxy again and the discharge gone the 2nd day. But the clear watery discharge is still here. Am i diagnosed with Gono?

Grace,
My blood test result came out today. Everything came negative hsv1. Im now experiencing dry lips and it stayed for 1 week already. Is dry lips shows the sign of hsv1?

you had unprotected sex which is always a risk even though  in general it's a small risk from a one time encounter.

it's unfortunate that you partially self treated like you did. It screws the odds of getting an accurate diagnosis.

At this point all you can do is be seen for testing for gonorrhea, chlamydia , ngu and prostatitis and go from there. Let your provider know that you were also self treating.
