Unbelievable Case of NGU - not going away, help!

I am really desperate and hope that somebody has any kind of advice to help me.
5-6 month ago i had protected sex and unprotected oral with a girl i did not know. At the same night i forgot the window open and i got one of the worst colds in my life, i was totally sick..plus i drunk so much alcohol that i am pretty sure i should have gone to the hospital.
A week later i started to feel a burning sensation, mainly on the tip of my penis while urination. After a few weeks i went to the doctor. She felt my prostata with her fingers and told me its alittle bit soft, which means that its inflamed. So i took 2 urin tests, one went to a labor and the other one was a quick test for chlamydia - both went back negative. I also got antibiotics - Ciprofloxacin for a week which had no effect at all.
So i was directed to an urologist, which made some tests with me. He checked my kidney, my urethra - all seemed fine. But he found "something big" when he did the swab, he was sure it was protozoa. He says nothing is that big under the microscope, so its for sure protozoa.
So i got
1.) Flagyl (5 days, then he found protozoa again and gave me Flagyl 5 days AGAIN. Since then we havent checked for the protozoa or whatever that was as i changed the doctor.)
2.) Doxyc (7 Days- a month later 7 days again)
3.) amoxicillin (2 times also)
4.) levofloxacin (i took it around 5 days , then i stoped because i looked for another urologist)
5.) Sent my urin samples 2 more times to the lab, took 3 swabs total also , sent 2 to the lab and checked one himself.
All turned back negative. Nothing found, ever. No Gonnorhoe, no Chlamydia, nothing. Did also a full blood test - again nothing found.
I am really desperate. The new doctor told me that he sees that my prostata was inflamed and healed now, and that it can happen that the symptoms stay for a while - however as the symptoms after nearly 6 month have NOT been resolved nor changed in ANY way during all those antibiotics, he wants to test me AGAIN.
Another urin sample and another swab. I am really desperate and hope anybody can advice, how i can get rid of this bruning while peeing at the tip of my penis. Sometimes it changes its location slightly, gets worse when i dont drink enough water..but mainly its at the tip of my penis.
Can somebody help? I really dont want to have this for the rest of my life. Thanks!

Hi, you might want to have a herpes test to elliminate that posibility.
