Unportected Oral, Protected Sex, STD?

Hello all,

I have been going through a rough time period of STD research due to some small symptoms I have been having after my first sexual intercourse.

I am a 20 year old man, currently a college student. 23 days ago, I lost my virginity to another 20 year old college student that I have connected with through some stupid iPhone app. We made out, she gave me unprotected oral, and then we proceeded to have protected sex. I did not ejaculate during the whole session, which probably lasted about an hour.

She left in the morning the next day, and I haven't heard from her since. Since then, I believe I have been going through some small STD symptoms that has been causing me some bad anxiety.

Yeah, my anxiety sucks.

After hours of research before bed every night, I believe that most of my early symptoms I had from the first week are mostly psychological, related to the anxiety some how. I had crazy thoughts of possibly getting her pregnant, getting HIV, etc. I believe whatever I was going through was mostly in my head.

Yeah, I'm the type of kid that thinks that the worst possible thing that could happen, even with a low risk, would happen to me. Haha.

Anyway, after speaking with some people within the HIV community, I ruled out the chance that I have an HIV.

Now, to keep you guys up to date with what I am going through now. It has been 23 days, and I have not had bad anxiety about my health, yet I have been extremely curious if I actually do have some sort of STD or not, due to some symptoms I think I may be having that I did not have before the sexual intercourse. Every day it runs through my mind.

MY SYMPTOMS: A small pain from the penis, and a small soreness from my testicles. When I urinate, most of the time it does not burn, but sometimes it will leave a small burn. During ejaculation, most the time it will not burn, but there are times that it has burned. I also get some small itching sensations around my genital area, but I think that's normal. I have no rashes, no flu, no discharges, no headaches, no fatigue, no cold, no nausea, it's just that damn weird feeling I have been having from my penis. Also, I have a slight pain in my pelvic area. These are the only symptoms, and it has been driving me nuts thinking about what is causing these symptoms. Also, these symptoms are not big on the pain radar, but they are noticeable. I notice my penis still feeling that weird small pain now as I type this. It honestly is pretty hard to describe the feeling, but it definitely is there.

I do not know anything about my partner's sexual life.

I want to go get tested, but like I said, I am a college student, meaning I am really broke and am trying my best to save whatever money I have. I also do not want my parents to find out somehow, for it will be the end of me.

MY QUESTION TO YOU GUYS: What are the possibilities I may have contracted an STD? What could be the reason I am having this penis/pelvic pain and burning sensations? What should I rule out, what should I focus on? When should I go get tested? Where is flight 370?

I have not had sex since.

I appreciate the help, I try to stay positive throughout this experience.

I still believe anxiety related. But test if you wish.

I appreciate the response!

Even though I am at low risk, my anxiety has also not been bad, yet I have still felt this testicle pain all day. It also is a pain on the tip of my penis. It comes and goes, but like I said, it is not huge on the pain radar.

It makes me question if the symptom is actually anxiety related or not. I feel it there.

I'm pretty confused

You had a low risk event, I really see no reason for testing. I believe your "symptoms" are probably just anxiety related.

Flight 370...wish I knew.
