Vaginal fluids and touching

Before i put the condom on the head of my penis touched outside of her vagina which was wet for a brief sec, i then put on the condom and we had sex but now im worried i could've gotten something from that brief encounter. It was a ons and very recent so ill be getting tested in 11 more days. I know the fluids must enter the urethra but im not sure if when i touched her for that brief moment it got on my head and when i was having sex some got into my urethra. Should i be worried or is it anxiety?

You asked a similar question previously and got great answers.  Is this the same exposure?

No this happened a few days ago, sounds dumb but i just get anxiety when stuff like this happens plus i looked on reddit and heard it's a possibility. I won't take up any more time but i just wanted answers
Alright, well this sounds very similar to your previous post.  Here is that one:  https://www.medhelp.org/posts/STDs---STIs/STDs-and-condom-rolls-up/show/3062244  ;
Oh please, don't get your health advice from Reddit. Reddit is awesome for a lot of things, but don't go there for health advice. I told you this in January.

A brief touch isn't going to transmit an STD. It takes penetration and/or a lot of friction, depending on the STD.

With kindness, I suggest seeking some counseling or treatment for your anxiety.

Also, if you live in an area still affected by covid, there's also a possibility of that.

Ok that's a relief. So the reason you need friction is bc the bacteria has to be pushed in the urethra? I know these are annoying but you're told you can get STDs from encounters like this alot especially since i touched her with the head of my penis for a brief couple of secs but it was accidental, i just want to be safe
Well, yes and no. It depends on the STD.

A brief touch isn't enough to expose you to any bacteria. The penetration allows your urethra to be exposed to her vagina - the internal part - where STDs like gonorrhea, chlamydia, trich, HIV, etc., live. Since that's where most of the bacteria is, you're more likely to get an STD from actual vaginal penetration. Friction can help push it in, but you're exposed even if your penis just entered and was motionless inside her. The same holds true for anal sex, if someone has an anal STD.

Herpes, HPV and syphilis require friction to enter the skin, and usually need the kind of friction from penetration. In theory, heavy rubbing and grinding could do the same, but it's more likely with penetration.

Syphilis requires your partner to have a sore present to transmit. The rest don't require symptoms to transmit.

I don't know who's telling you that you can get STDs from encounters like this - and I'm not even sure what "encounters like this" means - brief touch? certain partners? Something else? - but there's a lot of misinformation and scare tactics around. Don't believe everything you see on the internet.
