What are the risks of receiving unprotected oral sex?

Apologies for triple posting.  I accidentally posted in the HIV community and I do not know how to delete my duplicate posts.

Asthma, high blood pressure, hypothyroidism, otherwise healthy
Male 30 years old

I had female sex worker in Thailand (safe to assume high volume) perform unprotected sex on me.  She had no visible lesions, bumps, or warts.  What is the likelihood I contracted something from her?

1) You are at risk of all common stds such as herpes, gonorrhea.... The list goes on
2) Some people with stds might not have symptoms. But it is still likewise, contagious
3) no risk of hiv
