What do these HVS culture results mean?

HVS culture results:
Appearance: Moist
Wet preparation: Epithelial cells +++,No yeast cells/T.vaginalis seen
Gram: Epithelial cells +++, Gram negative rods +++,diplococci +++
Culture: +++unidentified coliform
Sensitive:     Imepenem
Resistant: Chloramphenicol,Augmentin,Ceftrioxone and ciprofloxacin.

I am no expert but here's my interpretation, take it with a grain of salt. Epithelial cells, don't really mean anything. Gram negative rods most likely e. coli, sounds like a UTI. Diplococci can be gonorrhea. It seems like they are still waiting for the culture results. Typically they initially look at the cells and are able to tell their shapes and stuff, but after a few days you can culture and get the exact name of the organism. Again this is just my interpretation and theres a very good chance i can be wrong about this, try to talk to your doctor and stay calm

Thank you for the response,though i really  needed a little interpretation since my doctor will come around over the weekend and yet I am scared
