oblong lump below frenulum

I have this weird fleshy bump about 1cm below my frenulum. The bump is like 2mm wide and 5-7mm length and looks really similar to a scar. (I kindof remember hurting that particular area with a zipper once really hard, so it might be it) I've had it for like 5-7 years now if can remember correctly.  The lump underneath the skin feels like a hard vein, but seems to move together with the skin. The lump couses no discomfort or itching, however looks unpleasant. Anyone knows what Im talking about?

PS. its really hard to describe for me so maybe its allowed to put a photo on this forum?

thanks for answers.

I also noticed a small detail. the bump has a little hole in it and when squeezed produces a very little amout of liquid, but the bump remains firm. could it be sweat gland infammation or something?

well it's not likely this is a std since it's been there this long. It actually sounds normal to be honest.  if you are concerned, be seen and get a proper exam to get better answers.

no I'm not circumcised. the bump goes along, not around the shaft.
