White spots in my underwear

Thank you in advance for answering my question.
I had a single episode of receiving fellatio from a female 11 days prior. The woman is not a sex worker or other high risk population. There was no condom use and no other sexual activity (cunnilingus, vaginal / anal sex, kissing, etc.). The next day I noticed a scant whitish discharge in my underwear similar to dried semen. It had no odor. I have had the same scant discharge daily (approx. 1 -2 "drops") without any other symptoms. Milking the penis does not produce discharge. Urine is normal. A doctor friend gave me a full gram of oral azithromycin as well as 250mg ceftriaxone shot the day following the encounter (just in case is what she said) but no testing. This same regimen was repeated on day 10 post exposure but the symptoms remain. In your opinion what is going on?

Hi, no std show up the next day but would take about a week for gono. It would appear that the white is what you suspect, dried seman.

Hi Life360_Dave
Thank you for your prompt response. I have a suspicion that it is a non gonococcal UTI as the discharge has lasted 11 days which is far out of normal for me. I have definitely had some semen leak the day after sex but nothing lasting this long. It's truly bizarre and nothing like I have experienced before, hence my concerns.
You could have NGU, but I have no idea why they keep treating you without any testing.

Since you've had 2 rounds of treatment, you're going to have to wait about 3 weeks since your last treatment to do any testing, even a regular urine test, as the antibiotics can give you false negatives.

From oral sex, you can get a lot of things causing NGU - normal mouth bacteria, strep bacteria, adenoviruses (causes upper respiratory infections, bronchitis, etc.), and the like. If it's a virus, it's just going to have to run it's course, so waiting a few weeks might help.

In the meantime, don't have any sexual contact, as you could transmit this, whatever it is.

It could also be prostatitis, but again, time will tell.
