Will a man get STD / AIDS by sucking few ML (15 - 20 ml) of Women's milk?

Will a man get STD / AIDS by sucking few ML (15 - 20 ml) of Women's milk only once? Assume if the women is affected with std / aids.

Most STDs aren't found in breast milk. There's no risk for gonorrhea, chlamydia, herpes, HPV, syphilis, mycoplasma.

Adults are not at risk for HIV from breast milk the way babies are. There may be a risk for hepatitis B, but with such a small amount, I wouldn't worry, especially if you've been vaccinated for it.

No, there's no need for it.

You might talk to your doctor to find out if you've been vaccinated for hep B, and get vaccinated, but that's just for prevention. You really have no risk from this event.
