Worried about STD/STI through Handjobs

Hi.

I'm trying to get some answer, because it been wild with information on the Internet

I (M) meet this guy like a week ago, we kiss (closed mouth) and it lead to mutual masturbation, we also licking our body before we finish (no oral, pen sex).. after that a few day later i was feeling itchy in my penis and local area and i also had pearly penile papules which made me scare that i might caught STD/STIs from this action. Am i just scared or what i do can be a real threat?

I had read a lot of question relate in here but still find it weird since some source said it might be, some source said it not

Also if i want to get check, how long should i wait to have right result, my doctor said only need 1 months.

Thank you.

There are no std's that pass through hand jobs and mutual masturbation. No risk.

Thank you, but how about kissing and sucking on the Nipl*? he skin look fine i don't see any rash or infection

Maybe i'm just be scare and looking for the answer but thank you for answering my concern
Kissing and nipple sucking is no risk.

Really, you had no risk for anything, and pearly penile papules don't increase your risk for STIs.
Hi Jessi

cause somewhere i read they said kissing, deep kiss could transmit STD/STI's. I was scared

thank you for clearing my mind
Kissing as a risk is mostly a theory, not a real risk.

The only thing it could transmit is oral herpes type 1, which isn't considered an STI, and many people already have.

In theory, deep kissing, which you didn't do, could maybe transmit syphilis if someone had a syphilis sore in their mouth. In all my years of doing this, though, I've never seen it happen.
Thank you so much Jessi

That's why is a mystery for me,
Glad you clear that up and knowing is safe made my mind back to normal

Glad to help. :)
Hi Jessie and whoever will reply

I have a question and i don't think i should made other thread since this still relate

I was wonder aboud HPV types 6 and 11 that can transmit through kissing (closed mouth) like my post said, alot of the information i search said it can be

Also, can Male test for HPV through blood test? This one is on my research for sure, since i only see that you can only test for HPV if you show sympto
*symptoms. And if i can how long should i do it for right answers?

Sorry for the disconnect in question and thank you
No, HPV doesn't transmit through closed mouth kissing.

There is no reliable blood test for HPV. I don't know what you've found in your research, but if you've found one, I wouldn't trust it.

This is a lot of anxiety for a whole lot of nothing. Is this level of anxiety normal for you? If it is, you should talk to your doctor about that. There are good treatments available - medication and/or therapy.
Also, you had no risk for HPV here. If this is your only "risk", definitely don't spend your money on an HPV test.
Hi, i'm just try being more careful since this is the first or last time i hookup with stranger

The HPV type i think is "Condyloma acuminatum" from what i want to ask since it been said can spread through kissing or thing like share towels, etc ....

I'm not in anxiety, i just want to prepare myself, thank you
Okay, so Condyloma acuminatum is the scientific name for a genital wart. There are several strains of HPV that cause them.

There are several strains of HPV that affect the genital area - some cause genital warts, and some don't. The ones that don't are generally considered high risk strains, and are associated with higher risk for causing cancer.

In theory, deep kissing might spread HPV. If it did, a lot more people would have oral warts. We don't really know how many people have the strains that don't cause oral warts because we don't test for it.

We do know that oral cancer rates are low, and are mostly associated with things like smoking, heavy drinking, etc. Yes, for sure, oral HPV can contribute, but still, oral cancer incidence rates are low.

I don't know where you live, but in the US, for example, there will be about 54,540 new cases of oral cavity or oropharyngeal cancer in 2023. The US has a population of 334 million people. (https://www.cancer.org/cancer/types/oral-cavity-and-oropharyngeal-cancer/about/key-statistics.html)

Towels do not spread HPV. You only get HPV from direct skin to skin contact - think unclothed, oral, genital, anal contact.

Is the HPV vaccine available for men in your country? Talk to your doctor about it.

Thank you, in my country only woman advice for HPV vaccines right now and is costs alot to have them. But my doctor give me a check and said it should be fine since i don't do oral sex

Thank you so much, i'm still a little afraid, since i'm not prepare myself. Hope everything will be alright

Thank you for your advice
You'll be fine. You're welcome. :)
