Worried, please help...

I have had a rash on my vagina for sometime which comes and goes in strength and I have been having what seems like more than a regular amount of discharge (white/off-white in colour) at the same time. I was a little bit worried but was just hoping it would clear up but in the last couple of days it's gotten a lot worse, I have a couple of spots now which are very tender and the rash itself has become very tender, my labia are a bit enflamed/swollen and the area between my thigh and vagina (groin?) is a little swollen and quite tender (swollen lymph nodes?). Apart from this there is a lot of discharge, so I have to wear panti-shields. Now I'm very worried. However, I'm also confused as I'm a virgin, and an inexperienced one at that, so it shouldn't be an STD. I am also a smoker, I don't know if this is relevant but felt I should include it. I can't go to the gynacologist at the moment because I have literally just gotten my period (about 10 minutes ago.). I have had the HPV vaccination as well (less than two years ago). I'm just gone 20 years old. I'm very concerned now and any advice would be much appreciated. Thank you.

I thought about that, the symptoms seem to match except my clitoral hood is very swollen too which doesn't seem to be mentioned in relation to yeast infections...

Can't be a STD, see a Dr as this might be a yeast infection.
