fungal or std?

hi ive recieved oral sex from a low risk parterner about a month ago and recently ive noticed i have a medium sized painless rash like appearance on the left base of my penis it dosent hurt and sometimes itches its not ulcer like its flush with my penis i show no symptoms of any STD's recently i noticed another one forming more to the underside of my penis i do skateboard and wear pants so i think it might be fungal from sweating although i do shower 1 to 2 times a day i just wanted to get someones opinion on my situation. thank you

Doesn't sound like an STD at all- forget about your oral sex exposure as a cause. Could be a fungal infection (e.g. tinea) as you suggested, or a skin irritation or allergic reaction.

See a dermatologist for proper diagnosis and treatment.
