no discharge

i had rough unprotected oral with an escort 5 days ago, and another time 2 weeks ago.  about 3 days ago my penis has become very sore.

it does not 'burn' when i pee, but it does ache when i finish.  it also aches throughout the day.  also there is no discharge.

is it possible to have an std?

Well it is not likely you got a STD, but like I said possible.
Think it is time to see a Dr.

Yes it is possible. Only a Dr is going to be able to tell the difference for the most part.

how can my gf tell the difference between yeast infection and std?

my symptoms are still very very small burning, hers are just yellow discharge (no burning or itching now).

is it possible we both have stds?

If it was to clear on it's own you are talking 6-8 weeks probably. Probably not a STD.
She could have a yeast infection. But since you have a gf basic testing should be done.

it seems the burning is almost completely gone.  if it was an std would it have cleared up on its own or would have symptoms gotten worse?

could it have been a mild infection?

my girlfriend has an infection now and it burns when she pees with a small yellow discharge
