nsu after 2 negative tests

Hi Anyone who can help

I'm a man and 7 months ago I received unprotected oral from a sex worker.

After that I had months of stress and anxiety and I had a full set of STD tests 1 months after and then 4 months after.

I had some urethral irritation in my penis but I was checking and opening it a fair bit, both sets of STD tests came back negative and the GUM clinic said low risk  and that there next steps was counseling for guilt as they wouldn't test again.

Last week I was again feeling irritation in my penis so visited my GP who did a quick Urine test and said there was Protein and Blood in my urine and prescribed Trimethoprim200mg twice a day for 7 days for a uti and sent the sample for further tests.

I then went to std clinic, they conducted a urethral swab and said white bloods cells exist and diagnosed non specific urithritus prescribed Doxy twice a day for 7 days. Then results from the urine test come back clear for Gonohrea and Chlamydia so it remains NS.

I'm also sure there's something going on with my prostate as I can feel a sensation deep inside.

After 5 days of doxy penis irritation semw better but that prostate sensation is getting worse.

Can any one advise me on what bacteria could be causing the NSU?

And what are the chances of prostitis after 3 negative test for gonohrea and chlamydia?

Current symptoms are a slight irritation inside urethra. No discharge except for when I have morning glory. I went back to the clinic the other day and had another swab for ngu. Told them of my continuing symptoms. All clear again. I was diagnosed with prostatitis couple of months back but I think it was more pelvic tension from all the stress. Don't have any of them symptoms now.
I'm gonna drop it now. Try live my life and stop missing a heart beat every time my missus says she feels I'll or has a belly pain.
She was treated with doxy at the same time as me and we didn't have any s x until a week or so after I was given the all clear so there really can't be anything going on.

No. Not got mine sorted either. Had loads of tests done. All negative. I've had 5 swabs done. One was only slightly over 5wbc. All others negative.

Hi Mot3

Short answer is no.

Clinic saying there is nothing more bthey can so as most recent test in June was neg for everything, gram stain and urine.

However it still flares up and I can feel some aches and a  clear drip after udination.

Sex life is badly effected and my wife asking questions?

Did you get sorted?

I'm on day 7 of Doxy symptoms still the same, but got some sunburn after 10 mins outside which is a sideffect of the doxy... So fairly miserable, the bit I can't understand is why ythe antibiotic isn't having more effect. I'll let you know if I ever get a diagnosis

Feel your pain mate. Same thing is happening to me. Had tests done. Mine are as flollows
Chlamydia = neg
Gonorrhoea = neg
Syph = neg
Mycoplamsa gen via pcr = neg
UU via pcr = neg
First swab test was neg for ngu
Second swab test was pos for ngu but only very slightly
Third swab test was neg for ngu despite still having symptoms.
Doctor at gum seems to think that my symptoms are caused by constant self examination.
My symptoms stared after unprotected oral but was not from sex worker. I also had unprotected anal sex with wife so not entirely sure what has caused it.
Let me know how you get on.
