Épididymitis and handjob

as I wrote on a previous post I was in a massage parlor where I had a masturbation. The masseuse touched her vagina with her hands before caressing my penis. It all happened at the end of October. For 24 hours now, my right epididymis is painful and much larger than the left. I know that the risk of contracting diseases is low through masturbation but I am now extremely afraid. I have a wife and children and I risk losing everything as a result of this madness. Help me please.

No risk through masturbation. epididymis can occur without any sexual influence. I  have had it myself. The episode you mention is not a risk for this anyway.

if the masseuse has vaginal secretions on her hands and touches my penis (masturbation) there is no risk. Because several sites indicate a risk of transmission of std with an handjob and I’m afraid .
My answer wont change.
I totally agree with this, if you need another opinion.

I don't know what other sites are saying, but here are some posts from our experts (when we had them) that may help -

Finally I did a test for peace of mind.  And it’s negative.  Thanks you so much for your help.  Now it’s time to work on my anxiety and to stay away of problem.  Thank you all
If you need help with your anxiety, don't hesitate to talk to your doctor and/or a counselor. There are treatments available. You deserve to get help for it, and find peace.
