I went to the doctors today they drew blood and had  std urine  tests  . Doctored look at the area I written about here and says it's nothing  that I shouldn't worry but there's red tiny bumps next to where I pee from should I be worried ?

Most likely no.

One exposure is considered low-risk. You were unprotected only short time. Odds are good she had nothing.

You could have spot checked by a doctor though. And then you can test for various things once enough time has passed. There is a small risk since you did have unprotected sex.
