trichomoniasis

So I went to doctor got treated for trichomoniasis gave me prescription for 2 pills taken 2 twice a day for 1 day and symtoms seem to be coming back that was on tuesday it is now sunday does it take a while for the meds to actually clear it up or do I meed another round because symtoms cleared up for a couple days 2 to 3 days at least and now are reoccuring slightly please help me I want this completely gone

Update every now and the it burns to urinate still

I have not heard that being an issue with Trich.

Can I have swollen testicles because of thric? The doctor said since I was treated they do not want further treatment done

It can take up to 2 weeks for all "symptoms" to leave

Can it just be the infection leaving? Or should it already have left its been a week tomorrow

Can't say if you need more meds but a lot of times "symptoms" are more present because it is the body clearing the infection.
