urethra/penile pain no discharge or lesions

About two weeks ago, I started to have protected sex with a girl I used to know pretty well.  I don't think she is too sexually promiscuous, but I am not completely sure.  We also had some pretty intense dry sex where my penis may have come into contact with her vagina, but I am not completely certain.

A few days later, I began to experience pain in my urethra and penis, but to this date I have had no discharge or inflammation.  I continue to experience pain in my urethra and penis with some tenderness in my testicles, especially after ejaculation.  I also experience no pain during urination, but feel some irritation and tingling afterward.  Could this possibly be an STD?

I have been tested for chlamydia, gonorrhea, and syphilis, which turned out negative.  I have also been experiencing loose stools for the last two weeks, and I'm wondering if my urethra has been infected by some other type of bacteria.  I have seen a few physicians, who tell me that I am probably just being paranoid.  Am I overreacting, and how can I make this pain go away?

I have had similar symptoms for the past couple of months. Soreness exists in the same area and not painful urination, but Ringling discomfort after. Sti tests are negative and no UTI.  Loose stool and some difficulty defecating, thought this could be caused by hemorrhoids...  Anyway, how long did it take your symptoms to clear up?

If the pain continues, you'll need to continue following up.  As Vance said, it was protected sex so it's not likely to be std related.

It's good to know that others have this problem, but the timing of it couldn't have been any worse.  I've been to a urologist, not much help.  Just gave me some deoxycycline.

I also have been having the same issues.
Negative STD, negative urinalysis, gone to the Urologist, had a cystoscope done, been on plenty of meds, still the discomfort exist.  My urologist said i have a slightly enlarged prostrate and this is the cause.  Still can not rid mysef of this pain.

Looking for anyone's suggestions...

Does nto sound STD related. Protected sex is just that. And your tests prove you do not have a STD.
