I dont understand How  contracted this diesease I have not had unprotected sex in over a year and I gave birth 2 twins 7 months ago everything was great with me is there any other way I could have gotten this diesease I dont understand

Its possible that a condom didn't work, or came off, or a guy took it off, etc.

Chlamydia is not something you could get from exchanging towels or bathrooms. It`s rare through these routes, actually. You may have gotten it from your husband. It doesn`t matter (this time). But you and your husband should get tested in order to avoid reinfection.
