Blood test

I recently suspected i hand acquired HIV from some one after experiencing sypmtoms that fall under HIV (Swollen glands[neck, groin and armpits] , sore throat, diarohea, skin infection and fatigue in sequence.)
The exposure was in late november 2004 with a person i wasnt sure of and i noticed the first  swollen gland below my ear in january after having a sore throat and the rest of the symptoms came in late March(one after the other)

I went to my GP and got a full blood count end of March and was told they is nothing wrong with my blood. My question is can i take the result as conclusive?

did you just get a "Blood test" like wbc count, rbc count etc..or did you get an actual HIV test? There's a difference.

Here's money in the bank: chances of you having HIV after negative blood test is virtually zero.

Yes.  Remember that the symptoms you describe, although typical for HIV, much more commonly are due to other things.

Relax, you don't have an HIV infection.
