worried to death

Greeting Doctors.

I am a male of 25 years from a strict traditional family.

I had my first sexual experience yesterday with a CSW of 36 years in a brothel in UK.   We had protected oral and protected sex with the same condom.  I also performed some unprotected cunnilingus and fingered her.  I had some cuts in my mouth and corner of lips some 15 minutes before cunnilingus as I had eaten some crispy food.  I kissed her lightly on the lips.  The whole act lasted around 20-25 minutes.  It was alternated between penetration and fellatio with same condom. The fellatio was really rough and this may have damaged the condom.  I saw the tip intact after sex until she started doing a handjob to finish with condom still on.  It is when doing the handjob at the end of sex that I heard a pop sound and she stopped.  The condom was broken and penis head was exposed in her hands.  The condom broke wide open in her hands. I stopped her right there and ran away feeling ashamed and scared.

I read that protected sex is safe and nothing to be worried about and warrants no test.  Condom broke only upon handjob.  No direct contact between genitals or mouth of the lady at all.

I want to know if whether I was exposed to any danger when condom broke upon handjob at the last moment or whether her fellatio had already made holes in condom to lead to the breaking upon handjob.  The lady was really rough.   Please advise me what to do.

This was part of my bachelor party.  My wedding is on the 18th of November.  My friends told me it was for experience and all.  I was teased to hell for being a virgin.  I am to be married to my love and want to have a family but will never touch her until I am sure I am safe.    I am worried.  I cannot do anything at all.  Worried about all STDs including Herpes I/II and HIV.  I am not very well sexually educated I admit.

Please advise me when can I have unprotected sex with my to be wife without fear to transmit her any disease?

Welcome to our Forum. I'm pleased to tell you that there is no risk to you for any STI from the activities that you describe.  Masturbation (either when you placed you finger in her vagina or when she masturbated you) is not associated with any risk for HIV or any other STI, nor is there any risk to you from transfer of your partner's genital secretions to you on her or your hands.

As for your condom, you can be confident that it was intact until it broke during masturbation.  When condoms break, as you found out, when condoms fail, they break wide open, they do not fail with the failure being obvious.

I would not worry about this exposure, it was no risk for any STI including HIV.  There is no need for concern or for avoidance of sex with your wife.

I hope this comment is helpful.  EWH

had also fingered her prior to putting condom.  vaginal fluids got on penis directly from hand when putting condom and got on inside of condom also while manipulating/
