Possibility of infection and reinforcing someone else

2 weeks ago I had sex with a escort. It started with a protected **, then to protected sex back to protected **. Then I took the condom off and got a unprotected ** for about 10 minutes then put anthoter condom on and had more sex. All of this was in the dark so I don't know if she was bleeding down there. Afterwards I went home and showered went to bed. Woke up about 6 hours later and recieved a ** and had sex all unprotected from my wife. A week later I am experiencing clear drip from my penis not all the time, testicle pain, burning sensation after urinating and after ejaculation, and irritation in the bladder as well as frequently needing to urinate. I am unable to get tested do to my location at work until the end of the month. I have cipro 500mg with me about 20 pills. I took 1 pill twice a day for 2 days incase it was ghonerrhea. Still have the symptoms. My questions are

1. If I did catch a std, ghonorrhea, chlymadia, trichomanasis, hiv or anything else would I have passed it on to my wife in that short of period.
2. Should I continue to take the cipro, I stopped in fear it might not give me a accurate test when I can get tested
3. From my symptoms do you think I caught something if so what?

Thank you for reviewing my question

I said irrelevant because it is so unlikely that you were infected.  There are no scientific data to inform how quickly a person becomes infectious following acquisition of infection.  that said, it would be unlikely for you to infect your wife the day after you had your exposure to the CSW.  EWH

Ok with question # 1 with you thinking it's irrelevant does that mean if I were to have caught something that is way to soon to be able to pass it to another person?

Welcome to our Forum.  I'll do my best to help although your decision to take antibiotics was unwise and will complicate future assessment.  As I read your post however, it appears that your only unprotected exposure was receipt of oral sex from your commercial sex worker partner prior to having unprotected sex with your wife.  Most commercial sex workers do not have STIs, even if your CSW partner had an STI, most exposures to infected partners do not lead to infection, and oral sex is particularly unlikely to lead to infection, causing primarily NGU or, more rarely, gonorrhea in exposed persons.

Your symptoms do not line up particularly well with STIs either.  Typically the symptoms of STIs acquired from receipt of oral sex are burning during (not after) urination which is present continuously, not intermittently. Similarly, bladder irritation is not typical of STIs.

Even if you had been infected, the ciprofloxacin may have cured your infection.  My suspicion is that your symptoms may be a manifestation of your concern/anxiety regarding the exposure you described or some other, coincidental process.  It is most unlikely that you have an STI.

Regarding your specific questions:
  1. If I did catch a std, ghonorrhea, chlymadia, trichomanasis, hiv or anything else would I have passed it on to my wife in that short of period.
I think this question is irrelevant.

2. Should I continue to take the cipro, I stopped in fear it might not give me a accurate test when I can get tested.
You have already messed up testing.  Not sure how much ciprofloxacin you have taken but my advice would be to stop it at this time. if you wish to test, then wait 4-5 days before you do to allow the antibiotics to clear your system so your test results are accurate. Personally, I doubt that there is any need for testing.

3. From my symptoms do you think I caught something if so what?
See above- I suspect you were not infected.

I hope these comments are helpful to you.  EWH
