Similar case of Prostatitis

Similar case I have to report...
12 weeks ago I had protected sex with a woman on unknown HIV status. After hardly 5 mins, stopped and I had ejaculated. She took the condom out (guess there was no break) and we stopped.
After 4-5 weeks, I had frequent urination and burning sensation. Went to clinic and doctor tested for Chlamydia, Gonnorea and found -ve. Was on Cipro and Doxycycline for about 10 days. He mentioned it was inflammed prostrate The issues disappeared by 10 days. (actually urination issues stopped almost within first 2 doses of medicine)  No issues in terms of urination etc and no burning sensation. Took a 4-5 day break due to travel and soon the urination issue reappeared (frequent urination and burning sensation at the tip of penis). Had to continue Doxy for about 2 more weeks and Cipro for 5 days. Now I dont have any issue in terms of urination etc.
My concern is that there is lack of sleep and it has been quite some time I slept well. Not sure why? Did have night sweats once or twice but mostly due to blankets (it was not drenching sweat but little). My previous HIV test was 3 months ago and it was negative.so far I have had no fever, no rashes, no swollen lymph nodes etc. When I was on cipro and doxy for a day or two had chills

1. Should I test for HIV? what is the reason for sleeplessness? I am rather anxious
2. Please help! what timeframe is appropriate for which test, etc.
3. How to prevent Prosatitis recurrence

Hello
I am bit panicky now..as I started getting 1 pimple on the buttock region, one on the chest. These are clearly filled with puss. However, I am feeling tingling feeling over hands and legs (sometimes). Is this sounding like Herpes? It is after nearly 4 mo nths after encounter and I havent had any other exposures

It is not HIV, if you are concerned, visit a doctor.  We cannot diagnose you over the internet.

Last question : I got inflamed prostate about 4 weeks after the incidence. It started like a urine infection but got treated.

Could it be due to the encounter I had?

Yes there is only 0.04-0.05 percent chance from unprotected vaginal sex. But of course it does not mean it is safe.

Last followup- I read that even without protection, chances from one encounter is low. Is that true?

No risk=No need to test.

Sorry to bother again. Does this mean there is no need to test ? What are the chances of transmission from a CSW (not sure of status)

Protected sex is not an HIV risk.
