White spot on my gums 2 days after performing cunnilingus on female-csw

Dear doctors,
Im a 37 year old male and Im posting this question separate from the last one in which I described me giving a cunnilingus to a young-caucasian female-csw for about 30secs with some kissing (lips only, not deep).
Absolutely no other form of sexual contact; all my clothes stayed on.

It has been 4 days now sicne the encounter. After 2 days, I developed a white spot 1/10th of an inch on my inner-gums.
Could this be a syphillis-chancre? or HSV-2? Should I be worried?

This might very well have been there before the encounter and/or could have been caused by cuts from some food I ate.

Also, reg. Herpes2 or HSV2
1. though the exposed area has been my mouth, can I get an outbreak in my genitals?
2. if I happen to spread HSV2 to my wife/child thro' kissing, can they get an outbreak in their genital areas as well?

Thank you again and best regards

Dear sir,
One last question, I promise.

I had slightly damaged 1-2 tastebuds right before the cunnilingus. No visible bleeding but irritation and a bit red.

Does this change anything as far as the risk of studs, especially HIV?

Thanks again! You have been of immence help.
I hope you will answer this question. It has been 11 days now and I'm planning to get a DNA test after

Thank you very much Dr.Huntsfield.

I am trying very hard to separate the health factor with the shame/guilt/emotional factors.
Medhelp and especially yourself and Dr.Hook have been very helpful in this regard.

My PCP took a look at the spot (which is non-inflamatory, painless and rough) and said it was nothing.

Thanks again for your help and patience.

As you learned in the other thread, oral contact with female genitals (cunnilingus) is very low risk for all STDs.  And no STD is a likely cause of a "white spot" such as you describe.  If there were several of them and they were painful, and if you had a severe sore throat at the same time, herpes might be a consideration.  Syphilis is impossible; chancres don't appear before 10 days and usually it's 2-4 weeks.

As for questions numbered 1 and 2:  STDs don't travel through the body, except for the secondary stage of syphilis several months after infection.  Herpes and all other STDs show up only at the sites exposured.

You're obviously reacting emotionally to a sexual exposure that you regret. You'll have to deal with those emotional aspects.  But you should stop worrying about any infection as a result.  Of course if you still keep worrying despite my and Dr. Hook's reassurance, or if the "white spot" persists or becomes sore, visit a doctor or clinic for personal evaluation.  However, there's nothing more that this or any other online forum can offer you.

Also, please note the Med Help rule that permits no more than 2 questions every 6 months on the professionally moderated forums (see Terms and Conditions).  No more on this forum before next May.
