hello for fast reply doctor!so i met the escort, she was very clean and carefully to use condom.anyway for my anxiety we just did open mouth kissing, hand masturbation, and cover oral sex.
i think it's enough to don't have any kind of risks.
is it correct doctor?i don't need any test right?
thank you

Welcome to the STD forum.  Your English is fine.

This is sort of an interesting question.  Virtually all questions are from people who are concerned about STD risks from exposures that already occurred.  I don't recall ever before having such a question on the forum from someone who was asking about a sexual exposure planned for the future.

In general, STDs are uncommon in most "escorts" -- meaning relatively expensive often higher class (and often educated) commercial sex workers -- at least in industrialized countries.  You can be even more secure about this if you request an escort who says she always requires her customers to use condoms and has been tested recently for STDs with negative results.  Second, even without those precautions, condom-protected vaginal sex carries very low risk of serious STDs.  Finally, oral sex generally is safe even without a condom -- and with a condom there is no risk for any infection of any kind.

The direct answers to your questions are:

1) The risk of any infection is extremely low.  No worries as long as you use condoms as planned.

2) No STDs are passed by kissing.

3) If the events go as planned (e.g., condom not breaking), you will not need STD testing after the exposure.  There will be no significant risk to your wife.

I hope this helps.  HHH, MD
