Forgetfulness in grandparents

My grandma is getting on a little bit now, but she is quite stubborn so she won't accept any help and she won't ever consider going into a home. I've been doing some research and I've found a potential solution to the problem, has anybody heard of the Grandcare system, or used it before? I think it could be a really good way of "keeping tabs" on her, without it feeling like I'm keeping tabs, it will give me piece of mind and I can stop pestering her!
