problem
hello doctor.. I am 28yrs old male, I started masturbution at the age of 14,from past 8 years if I start to do masturbution it will ends in just 20 seconds and also pain will come in my legs and this pain continued (i think pain is because of nerves weakness due to too much of mastrubation) . Did I lost my strength ? can I marry ?or I lost my life ? please any solution from your side to me because I can't tell this in home and also my parents are forcing me to marry .. so please help me

To stop night fall, eat light food which is easily digested. Go for a walk in the evening before dinner.There should be difference of 2 hours in between dinner and sleeping. Learn abdominal breathing( google for details).Learn and practice every day for 10 minutes twice a day. whenever you feel sexual urge, do this breathing. It will calm your arousal. Do not masturbate minimum for 3 months. In rare case, when you are too much aroused you may masturbate. Do not worry about your sexual problem. Worry does more harm than actual act. Remain cheerful. Move with good friends. If you have yoga expert near by , you may learn kundalini yoga. Or you may find some website on kundalini yoga. It will change your life, if you practice this yoga.You can marry without any fear of failure. Most of us have similar problems of sex. Keep cool.
