Abdominal pain after anal masturbation

I enjoy anal fingering, and decided I wanted to do so last night, however I am having significant lower abdominal pain after doing so, and am concerned about it. I feel a dull ache in the area just below my belly button. I was quite aggressive with the experience in hindsight but I dont think the pain would go so far in my body. it is reaching up to where my appendix is, which is triggering my hypochondria, and I get a sharp-ish pain around the same area when I fully inhale. Am I gonna be okay?

How are you feeling today?

Perhaps you pulled a muscle while doing this. My guess is that it isn't any more serious than that. There isn't much you can do to really hurt yourself - even if you were actually anally penetrated by someone else.

The most you can do from anal penetration with fingers is probably cause a minor tear - a fissure - and that wouldn't cause the pain you're experiencing. Straining when you poop can cause a fissure, too.

If it's not better in a day or two, or it's significantly worse today, see your doctor. If it's not better, my guess is that it's not related to your activity.
