After ejaculation problems

I have a very weird disease, i'm 18 years old and I masturbate regularly. Since few years i struggle with symptoms. After ejaculation my face, chests and arms get red. The biggest issue is whole body itching in stressful situations and while physical efford. My skin gets very sensitive and every touch leaves a trace, for example my backpack makes two red stains on my back. My face gets red almost every time. On my forehead and chest appears pimples.
The thing is that when I masturbate more, the symptoms are deeper. And when I dont masturbate for week or more everything gets normal. I found many People with same problem but didnt find a solution. I tried changing my diet to healty and didnt work. I was regularly taking zinc, potassium, calcium, sets of vitamins and minerals. Nothing really happend. I dont Think its normal, if you know what is this please help me.

Are u sensitive to sunlight? I have no  clue but if were related, I`d strongly advise u to see a dermatologist. (skin doctor.) Try to get someone who`s been practicing for 15-20 yrs. or more. They just know more & have seen more cases.

Seeing a dermatologist is a good suggestion.Try to abstain from masturbating. You  may find it difficult to stop wit just your willpower. You        may practice abdominal breathing for 15 minutes twice a day.Google it to find the details of this breathing.Try to have longer exhalation than inhalation. If you  must to masturbate, do it with lubricated hands and do not stop breathing when masturbating. To Josey; please visit this forum and  give suggestion to the posters.Thank you for giving suggestion.
