Black spots on labia!?

I just found black spots on my labia and when they're squeezed an extremely thick white puss comes out, its now swollen into a smaller than pea sized lump that's red. I'm not sexually active and have never been to see a GYN.

Hi Yuki, If I'm right your a shaver, its ok nice to be clean, first your shaving the wrong way, always shave down wards only, its when you shave up its to do with the way your hairs are cut but the razor, they get corut under the skin.
Now these spots when you have squeezed then do you see a small black inside them if so just nick them out with a clean needle, then pluck them out, they should then clear up on there own.
Good Luck

Well, this sounds like a dandy time to initiate your first ob-gyn appointment.  It sounds like infected hair follicles or some kind of infected pore, but really sweetheart, let the pro tell you what to do.  Sounds like antibiotics would probably be called for.
