Blood in semen

Hi, today when I masturbated I had blood in my semen. I do not have any blood when I urine and I feel no pain at all. I'm also a virgin. Is it common to have blood in your semen?

However yesterday in the shower I think I hit a vein in my left testicle so could this be the cause of it? Pls help me I'm starting to get worried.

This is a sign of an infection. It could be a prostate infection. You need to see your doctor. Make an appointment and go this week.
