Damaged Penis Skin! Please Help!

Hi, unfortunately, I have had problems with my penis's skin for a loooong time possibly due to poor masturbation habits I once had but are now rid of. The entire left side of my penis shaft is red and looks damaged and the bottom half of my head (the half away from the tip) is also red as well. It feels weird and kinda hurts sometimes when I touch it and the skin is looser than the normal skin on the right side. It looks bad, feels bad and it's existed for a long time now. Can someone please tell me how to get my penis fully back to normal or close to it without visiting the doctor? Someone please give a good answer ASAP. Thanks! P.S. I've tried to put different types of lotion on it before but nothing i used worked...

Still you cannot avoid going to the doctor. You see in your case it is probable (if you have a fungal infection) that you will need to take systemic antifungal drugs, and they are only sold if you have a prescription.

Local treatment may also be appropriate, however it may prove to be insufficient.

So do talk to your parents, and visit the doctor.

Best regards, John

I'm still only in hs so going to the doctor without my parents knowing or them not being involved will be difficult. I want to fix this issue by myself if you know how I possibly could. I have heard that it may just be some weird fungus that is making my skins red and going it a weird texture. Whatever it is it hasn't spread at all since I've had it.

Please visit your doctor as soon as possible, as it may be an infection or an inflammatory process or a large number of things. The doctor in your current condition as you are describing is unavoidable.

Best wishes, John
