Discomfort after Orgasm

Hello All

I am 27 years old and have been with three partners. It was only until my third partner that I was able to experience an orgasm with another person. However, since being together I have gotten my first bladder infection and second yeast infection. I've noticed that since being treated for it, I experience pelvic pain on my right side that can travel up to my waist, post orgasm (whether alone or with my partner). When this happened to me initially, I went to the doctor, thinking that I may have another bladder infection (I did not treat the first one as quickly as I should have because I didn't realize what was happening to me and I’m one of those people that shies away from medical treatment – not anymore though!) but she checked me out and said I had no infection of any kind and asked if I had tried using a heating pad to see if that would help. It did, but is now a part of my regular routine. I orgasm and experience this aching discomfort after. I still use heat on it, but it takes days to recover. This doesn't feel normal to me, but I don’t want to keep going to the doctor so she can tell me it’s nothing.

Did I somehow weaken the muscle by not treating the bladder infection as soon as I noticed something was off?

Am I having too many orgasms or coming so hard that it’s hurting the pelvic muscle?

Has anyone else experienced this??

There is a book entitles as 'sexersize' which teaches to exercise all muscles involved in sexual activity. Kegel was one of them The book was published in sixties.

stretching  and relaxing is a good work out, if one does irregularly for all parts of your body. One can start with food, calf knee....to top of the head. Stretching one by one and stretching simultaneously and relaxing. You can also identify meuscles you stretch when orgasming, and so this stretching and relaxing as a work out. This will give overall advantage to the body and   mind. This can include area around the groin. stretch is to be increased gradually.

Sometimes you can tense up so much when you are getting ready to have an orgasm that you can stain a muscle. Try to notice if this is happening to you, it was my problem I would go tense stiff almost like frozen lol just from the sensation of it coming on that after it was over an my muscles relaxed I had bad pain, I had strained my muscles! Maybe what's happening to u sounds like it. Try to relax its hard but with practice you can do it. Hope this helps!

I think, kegel exercise may help you, though it is not specific to your problem. As such kegel exercises have many plus points for groin problem. Google kegel exercises and learn the technique and try for some time.d
