Discomfort on penis tip/head

Hi,

I am suffering from discomfort in my penis head. it started more than a month back as an occasional irritation on the head. I went to see a GP who gave me lotriderm. I applied it for  a week but with no effect. I then went to see a dermatologist - he examined my penis and could see nothing out of the ordinary. He gave me canesten to be applied for 2 weeks twice daily. HE also gave me a urine routine which came back with an increased count of RBCs - 10-15 HPF (normal being 0-3HPF). He then went ahead and did a culture that came out negative. Today I am completing the two weeks of  canesten usage and am almost at the same spot where I started. The doc examined me clinically for all STDs and since there was no discharge, no burning/pain/discomfort while urinating, did not advice an STD screening.

I would like to point out that these symptoms developed three weeks, in Dec'13, after I received a hand job at a massage parlour in Dubai. There was no direct contact of genitalia. I did stimulate her organs but I am sure that I did not use that to masturbate when I returned home. She did not stimulate herself while stimulating me. I was tested for all STDs in September'13 as a mandatory requirement for a work permit in Dubai, which would have been clear else I wouldnt have got the visa.

The discomfort is aggravated even with a slight pressure on the head or if the glans rubs against the fabric of my undergarments and slight redness can be seen on the head. Could you please help me in understanding what is it? I am worried sick out of all this. Most of my time goes about thinking whats going in my penis. I am completely frustrated. Please help!

Make sure that you have good hygiene.  Draw back your foreskin to wash.  Do not use any soaps or shower gels, these aggravate the delicate skin.  You can use non perfumed and simple soaps and soaps that are kind to our skin or baby washes.

Do not wear tight clothing.  Cotton undergarments are better.

You can apply natural live yogurt to the cleaned and gently dried genitals.
Make sure that you have a good healthy diet with lots of fresh fruit and vegetables and drink plenty of water.  Cut out or cut down on sugary and refined foods and foods that are processed.

If you have diabetes make sure that your sugar levels are maintained correctly.

Go back to your doctor if you are no better.
You may benefit from Fluconazole 150mg single oral dose capsule.
There is also Fluconazole 50mg capsules that are taken 1 a day for 7 days.

Best wishes.

All I can say is that I know chlamydia can cause a rash/bumps that is   painful/burning feeling on the head of a penis. Even without the other symptoms.
