Ejaculatory Anhedonia

Hello, I'm a 15 year old male and I think I might have ejaculatory anhedonia. I do not smoke, drink, and am not on any medication.  I also am fine mentally and physically.  I also eat and sleep well.  I've never experienced an orgasm in my life, even when I ejaculate.  Everything else seems to be normal when masturbating physically, it's just when I ejaculate I get no pleasurable sensations.  I have no problems getting an erection and masturbation for me usually lasts a little more than one minute before I ejaculate.  Since I am so young though, and ejaculatory anhedonia is more common with older men, I am skeptical that I actually have ejaculatory anhedonia and that there may be an alternate cause for my inability to orgasm.  Therefore, I have two questions. 1) Do you think i have ejaculatory anhedonia? and 2) If I do, what course of action should I take and is it treatable?

It's unlikely but I guess its not impossible. It's a rare condition but it does happen.

Def. check with your doctor if its bothering you. Have you tried waiting a few days in between masturbating and seeing if that doesn't help you out? Sometimes if you masturbate too frequently orgasms are somewhat lacking.

i dont think you do. are you still a virgin? you could be have some sort of sensation but not the same that you would feel when actually having sex. also, your body is still developing, your still young. wait till after you start having sex. if after that, your still not getting a pleasurable sensation when ejaculating, then i would speak to a doctor about it and see what he thinks. dont stress :o)

I think orgasmic intensity can be felt solely through masturbation even concerning a virgin or virgin celibate.  Don't discount the orgasms of masturbation.  He should see a urologist about this.
