I have a question about male masturbation, but females can answer this if they have an idea about what I'm talking about.

So yesterday, when everyone went to sleep, I stripped naked and lied down on my bed. I had never been naked before on my bed, so it felt weird. I started masturbating and my goal was to have an orgasm. I first started pulling my foreskin and once I had an erection, I felt an orgasm coming out. I pulled a bit more forcefully for some more time and finally I had an orgasm. Since I was naked, I shot precum in the air and it landed all over my body and on the bed. I quickly got up and washed my body and put my clothes back on. It felt good having an orgasm, but am I at risk for any disease?

Okay, I'll take the bait to make one different, salient point.  Of course a man cannot give himself an STD with his own ejaculate.  Wallow in it, smear the body with it, swallow it---all makes no difference;  it comes with no infecting outside contact from within his own body.  But I'm curious:  If  everybody is asleep, it must be nighttime, so why do you afterwards "put [your] clothes back on"?  What is the importance of your "never [having] been naked before on [your] bed"?  What's your age?  You seem to have known about, and eschewed, masturbation and orgasms for a good while...thus is seems odd that you would suddenly decide you wanted to masturbate for an orgasm.  ~~~  But my salient point:  It sounds odd to me as an intact (uncircumcised) man that you would PULL your foreskin for stimulation.  Personally and anecdotally I have observed that intact men almost invariably RETRACT the foreskin to achieve erection and stimulation.  Circumcised men almost invariably PULL on the penis to achieve those effects.  If you are so new to masturbation, you might want to try retracting instead of pulling.  Just a suggestion.

Well, no.  There are a million tales in the naked city and we all have different things that turn us on.  While "pulling" on it might be your preferred way, others might enjoy a lot more the gradual orgasm that increases the intensity by just stroking it very gently.  Others have very sensitive underarms or nipples or testicles.  Our bodies once we get to know them are a cornucopia of erogenous zones, and if you're sensitive enough you can reach orgasm or at least get quite aroused any number of ways.  It's possible this person is young and has never been to bed without pajamas.  I don't really know.  It's possible he's not that young but just never had the impulse to masturbate before.  He is the only him.  I would also say that in this case the detail was necessary as he's concerned about disease, meaning he probably doesn't have a lot of knowledge about sex.  Which is fine, we all learn as we age.  It sounds like to him these details are important.  I also don't know if he's only concerned about STDs.  He said disease, so he sounds like he's concerned about all manner of disease as he apparently isn't yet informed about this stuff.  For example, he mentions precum, but this sounds like sperm, not precum.  I was having regular sex with women long before I started masturbating -- it was in fact a breakup which brought about a sudden lack of sex that impelled my young self to first do that, and since I had been taught nothing about this stuff I thought I was mentally ill for doing it.  That went away quickly with some sage advice from someone more experienced.  My advice to the poster is, no, no disease risk, but you would serve yourself well by buying a good book about sex and our bodily fluids so you can learn.  None of us knows what we haven't yet learned.  Peace, all.

There is no risk for std's from masturbation.  We also, just want you to know, do not need full graphic description of what happened.  masturbation is normal and not a big deal.

you can't give yourself an std. STD 's are sexually transmitted and that means sex with another person. Not masturbation.
